Default Can I Remove The "at&t WORLD PHONE" Logo?

Please Login to Remove!

My Bold was originally sold through AT&T before it was unlocked. However, because it's now unlocked I'm wondering if I can convert this phone to a generic one. The orange screen, AT&T logo "World Phone" picture at start-up looks cute, but I'd rather do away with it. Any way I can remove it without complications?

Wirelessly posted (Tmo's cheapest BB customer)

The operator logos are burned into the phone's firmware. Very hard to remove and probably not worth it.

Keep in mind, what you find is illegally distributed software and there's a great chance you could brick your device if you're not sure what your doing.
