This is the program I had demo'd before. It's 100x better now. It uses the camera, not the video cam as I had thought. But that makes sense since some OS versions don't have the video cam.
But if you look at the phone what it's doing is pulling up the menu and highlighting "View Pictures" every half second or so. I wonder if it's trying to pick "Full Screen" instead. Since it shows the whole screen, the picture has the same box around it as if you're taking a picture unless it's set to full screen ahead of time.
It worked with Yahoo Messenger, and is still a little jerky. But much better than before. It now connects over wifi as well as USB, which is a pretty nice feature. Price is now $19.95. And they also have a separate screen capture program which seems to also act as a webcam, so that may be a better option.
Edit: The screen capture version seems more useful, but the video did not seem to work. I tried streaming video and it will only update the picture when you do something like hit a key. It even will send a slingbox picture (even over Yahoo IM), but not video. This was one of the bugs I remember from before.
