Default Password Keeper 4.5.0 HELP, PLEASE!

Please Login to Remove!

I wiped my phone but did a backup first. When I went to restore Password Keeper, it did not restore the data only the empty program. I went into advanced restore and the password keeper app was grayed out with the notation "set for wireless sync". I was not aware of it, but it was set for wireless synchronization, which appears to be the default setting. I do not have a BES, only a hosted outlook server.

How do I retrieve the data? This is horrible - my mind is like a sieve and all my passwords were in there!!

Help, please. Anyone?

Wipe the BlackBerry. Do the restore before doing anything else.

Thank you. I thought I did that last time. Will that generally restore those items that read "wireless sync" ?
