Default Strange icons in menu, won't go away even after a wipe, plz help!!!

Please Login to Remove!

Today I suddenly had all sorts of icons in the menu of my BB 8110 such as google quick search, facebook, flickr, google talk, yahoo messenger,my space and windows live messenger.

I didn't install these applications. I did a wipe of my BB and they appeared to be gone but as soon as I connect to the network they're back again.

I already called my provider (T-Mobile) and they don't know what's going on either.
I don't know what to do, can anyone please help me??

They are service books sent by your provider. They're not actual applications, but links to install the app.

Most carriers send these out on occasion. The best thing to do is to create a folder and call it Junk, then move all of the icons to this folder, then hide the folder. As you've noticed, if you delete them, they will be pushed back to your device.

Hide them and you'll forget they're there. Out of sight, out of mind.
