Smile 8350i won't delete in outlook mailbox

Please Login to Remove!

Please help me!I know all of my settings are correct but when I delete or open an email on the blackberry it will not delete on my outlook email even though I choose the delete on "Mailbox and handheld". And I have already resent the Service Books, with Regenerated Encryption Key. Please HELP!!!!

I assume that you are on BIS?

Once mail is downloaded to your PCs email client (Outlook in your case) it does not sync. Delete on handheld and mailbox deletes from the email server only. Once it gets to Outlook, no can do.

To sync as you are trying to do requires BES.

Check your BES account settings and ensure Read As and Write As are enabled.
