Default Problem with mail reconciling

Please Login to Remove!

Hi,

I have been using my Storm for almost 6 months now and it has worked seamlessly. I use a mac and use Entourage for my emails. Every time I get a mail on my phone, after I download it on my computer, the phone reconciles and the mail gets deleted from the phone.
But recently, I have moved to Apple mail and I have a huge problem now because for some reason the mails are not reconciling. I have over 100 mails from 4 days which are there on my phone and on my mac. I don't know what to do. Its a hassle to delete all the mails as they come on the phone!
Even when I press the reconcile button, nothing happens!! Please help me. I don't know what happened.

In your Apple mail, find the setting to "delete messages on server" after it's been downloaded.

Once the messages are deleted on your server, that will reconcile to your device.

Pressing the "reconcile now" function on the BlackBerry does nothing, it's for BES accounts.

Thanks, but will this delete the messages on my phone or on my Apple mail? I don't want to delete them on my computer, only on my phone.
