Default just got new blackberry need help!!

Please Login to Remove!

i have a blackberry pearl 8100 and i bought it from a friend he lost the cd that came with it how can i get the program to move photos from my phone to my computer

Check BB website for software that comes on CD. But if you plug in through USB and enable mass storage your computer will pick it up as removeable drive and you can see and move your pictures.

Sounds like your computer is looking for the drivers for the phone and not finding them on its own. You running XP or Vista?
