Default Can not registered blackberry service on pearl 8100

Hi All,
since last one week I am struggling to setup blackberry service in my pearl 8100.
I have unlocked T-Mobile pearl 8100 blackberry mobile. I have purchased it from US as unlocked and recently I have registered with blackberry service on it.

I am able to call from my mobile and access vodafone live (sorry I forgot to mention I am using Vodafone carrier in Gujarat circle India). I have talked to vodafone customer care but they are not able to solve my problem. They are saying EDGE should appear in capital letters but in my case it appear as small letter. In one of the forum I read that blackberry os 4.5 is not working with vodafone india service so I have downgrade it to 4.2 but still not work me.

Can anyone help me to setup blackberry service?

Asssuming that you have already tried pulling the battery for about 30 seconds-have you attempted to resend your Service Books?

Thanks for your quick reply. Yes I have pull battery for more than 30 sec even I have reinsert SIM card. I have confirmed with Service provider about Data plan activated. Also I have tried to insert my SIM card with another mobile to check Data plan is activated or not and it is working file with other mobile.
