Default Calendar Entries Deleting Themselves

Please Login to Remove!

We have a user who is having issues on her blackberry. She states that meetings are randomly being removed from her blackberry. She is using a 8310 I believe and she is syncing with Lotus Notes. We are running a BES server. Once we manually edit the calendar entry within Lotus Notes and save them, they show back up on her blackberry. I looked on the users blackberry and wireless reconciliation is turned on. When there is a conflicts, Mailbox wins. The only different I saw that that under Email Reonciliation, message services were set to her Comcast account and not her Lotus Notes account. Does this seem like this would be the culprit of this issue? I have changed it back to her Desktop email instead of Comcast but just want to prepare myself if this does not work. It's not all of her calendar entries but just random ones that are removing themselves. My thought on this is that when it tries to reconcile, it is looking at the Comcast account as it's main account thus that takes precedence over her calendar within Lotus Notes.

Thanks for any help anyone could give on this.

So come to find out this is not the problem the user was having. She just stated that they are not coming over at all. Well, some of them are and some of them are not coming over wirelessly. If Desktop Manager is set to sync the calendar wirelessly and she is plugged into the USB connected to her laptop, would that throw off syncing it wirelessly since it is plugged to the laptop?
