I'd like to know if anyone could help me with a problem I'm having. I've tried to find the solution in the internet and also here, but couldn't find anything related to mey problem.
The thing is that one of the employers in the company I work has a BlackBerry Bold configured with a BES account.
Apparently everything is working fine (at least for what he uses) except that when he erases any message received in his BlackBerry, the action does not go to the Lotus Notes Client (7.0.2). If he erases from the Lotus Notes Client, it erases from the BlackBerry.
Does anyone know how I could set up his device, his Lotus Notes Client or his Desktop Manager (5.0) so that he could erase from his device and this action be automatically done in his Lotus Notes Client for him not to have to erase the same message twice?
On the device, go to Messages > Options > Email Reconciliation > Delete on = ???
