Outlook contacts not syncing
Outlook contacts not syncing to BlackBerry devices, 8130, 8830 and 8900.

Current environment consist of Exchange 2003 SP2, BES
Exchange and the BES are running the same version of cdo.dll (6.5.7654.12).
Some clients are Outlook 2007 and some are Outlook 2003 - same issue.

A little more information may help get this resolved.

Not syncing wirelessly, wired, or neither? Not syncing personal contacts, Public Folder contacts, or neither.

If a user adds a contact in Outlook, it never appears on the BlackBerry. If a user adds a contact on the BlackBerry, it never appears in Outlook. Calendar and email works fine.

Does the user have wireless reconciliation turned on for contacts? And, is PIM sync enabled on BES?

Yes, PIM sync is enabled and set for bidirectional? No, wireless reconciliation is not enabled.

You still haven't said whether you're doing a wired or wireless sync for contacts, and where the contacts are located in Exchange (user's mailbox or Public Folder store). Can't help if we don't know these things.
