Question Gmail push for iPhone, Windows Mobile, but not Blackberry??

Please Login to Remove!

Did anyone see this Gmail blog post yesterday? I don't get it--why would they be fully supporting 2-way sync push e-mail for iPhone and Windows Mobile, but still not BB?

Where in the blog does it say they support 2-way email sync? Now it may do 2-way sync of email, but they talk about "get your Gmail messages pushed directly to your iPhone, iPod Touch, or Windows Mobile device". I've had that with my GMail account through BIS for quite a while now.

The iphone uses a real mail client so it has always had 2-way sync. It just never had push until now.

gmail is getting 2 way sync in the next BIS upgrade 2.8 rumoured to be this weekend for Europe and likely next weekend for US/Canada etc.
However you need OS 5 for it to work, as well as other features, which means OS 5 must soon be released officially.
