Can anyone help me wiv the transfer of my contact list from one blackberry to another,

I have installed the program Manager

I have both phone ready, however I only have one lead to share - so do I need two ?

Also it is has a wizard that shows a pic of currect phone and new phone, when the current phone is attached it then asks for a password ! what is this ?

Any help is appreciated

The password it is asking for is the device password.
To transfer an address book from one Blackberry to another, do a backup of the first device.
Then, connect the second device. Click Backup/Restore, then Advanced. Load the backup file, and replace the address database from the backup onto the new Blackberry.

It is easiest to use sync features and transfer back and forth through Outlook if you have installed in your computer

That's the security password that you set, for when the BlackBerry locks. You won't "find" it anywhere, unless you wrote it down!

lool i have a simple way :P thats what i did though,

put a sim card that has bb service into the other bb, and add ur self as a friend and seriously send all the contact from one to another :D

Or you can take the contacts from the old blackberry and sync them to outlook and then sync from outlook to new blackberry.
