Well it does usually come the weekend after Europe, and Europe was done last weekend.

It varies, sometimes it is one week apart, and some two weeks apart... from APAC region, two weeks to EMEA and then two weeks later for the Americas.

Some nice changes on this BIS upgrade with the google contacts sync and such... AND not more 90 day re-validation for the Hotmail and MSN users!

plus! it means OS 5 release cant be too far away.
afterall, half the features require it.
