Ive re started my phone so many times but it still stays the same. I havnt got it under and insurance and would like to avoid paying for it to be fixed. anyone had the same problem? I need it to work as my boyfriend is travling down today and I need it to communicate with him while travling but I cant eve pick up a phone call. Thanks! (also the arrow button wont work)

Pearl 1200? hmmm....

But it does sound like a moisture problem. Even in a bathroom during a hot steamy show will do it.

Remove the battery now, leave the device in a bag of dry rice for 3-5 days. Do NOT replace the battery each day to see if it works. Be patient, leave it.
