Default BIS activation...

Please Login to Remove!

I upgraded to a Curve on Friday and had to call O2 Customer Services to get BIS activated.. Waited 24 hours from then, still nothing. So called them again and they ''refreshed'' things on their side.. still nothing, and it's coming up to 24 hours..

What would you suggest?

at any point did they tell you to do a battery pull to refresh the connection on your phone?

can you go to options - advanced - host routing table
is there any entries?
if there is, press menu - register now.

Done all that.
Just called Customer Services again.. it seems I've just been fobbed off in the past few days!
When I upgraded stupid Carphone Warehouse put a web bolt-on on my account, rather than BB Bolt on.. So they're just in the process of changing that over now.
It's funny how you can have such poor customer service, then one person comes along with outstanding customer service..

it doesnt suprise me. generally its good practise to ask for technical support, especailly with blackberries.
