GPRS has disappeared from my blackberry

Wondered if anyone could help?

My phone was working fine yesterday but noticed today i wasnt receiving instant email and couldnt access the internet.

When i called T mobile they said it needed to say GPRS.

My phone at the moment only says GSM. Does anyone know how i can get it working again?

T mobile were very unhelpful. I tried taking the battery out like they said but it hasnt worked.

They will need to resolve that from their end. Its a carrier issue.

You need to give them a call and have them check on your service, make sure that your SIM is provisioned properly.

yeah i got that the same think the other day, but it went back to normal after 5 mins or so, but i always seem to be getting the red sos sign recently.

let me know what tmobile said(y)
