I have blackberry bold 9000 and I face problem with managing emails accounts although I just added two accounts and everytime i go to Email Setup Icon a different page comes to me from the usaual one (the page ask me wether I'm new user or existing users for blackberry email without mention to any of my emails). I tried to update Email applications via desktop device and still I have the same problem.
will someone advice me about that?

When you first set it up, it would have asked you to create a password, and usually a username.
This is what "existing users" use to log in to then see the email accounts.

I know the password and I already recived email on my blackberry account and my hotmail account as well, but the problem that i can't delete or add new account, every time I click on Email Setup icon It shows me a page different from the page that we used to find, we used to find a page with our email accounts and there is links whether you want to delete specific account or to add new accounts, in my device it shows me a different page as shown in the attached files.
How I can solve this problem, i need to add new email account?

right, so you never setup a username?
you need to do this first, then can log in and see the screen with the email accounts.
Im not sure how you set up a username after youve setup the account

That doesnt help, as its USa and Canada, and the OP is on O2. (not in the US or canada)

Oh thought it was another misguided soul that didn't know what carrier was. Well then I am out of my league then. I would go with whatever Midnight tells ya Khataf.

I dont know how to setup a username after you've created the account.
This is why its easy to do it on the PC...it actuallys tells you everything you need to do! lol

Khataf, you need a username to log in.
Call O2, ask for technical support and tell them to reset the username and password of the BIS.
You should be able to create a username and password after that.
