How to set-up synchronisation between 9000 bold and Lotus Notes eMail (office uses enterprise policy server)

a) deleting eMail on the 9000 bold device, eMail also gets deleted on Lotus Notes computer;
b) deleting eMail on Lotus Notes computer also gets deleted on 9000 bold device.

So far the problem I'm having is that whenever I delete eMails on the 9000 bold device, eMail remains on Lotus Notes computer and vice-versa
