Default Intermittent power problem

Please Login to Remove!

My phone has been rebooting constantly over the past 36 hours. I tried to repair, reformat and even remove the media card. I also removed all or most of the apps. I then noticed that when I lightly tapped the upper back of the device, it would reboot.

I believe it to be an intermittent power problem with the phone and caled Verizon and within 5 minutes of my discussion with them, they are sending a replacement for me.

Sounds like it was either a loose power connection internally, or maybe a loose battery. Glad Verizon is sorting it our for you.

Battery is solid. What helps is if you recite what you did. Users such as ourselves are not their typical clientele. If you or I are calling, it is for a replacement. Nothing less.
