Default Cannot Enterprise Activate New Users

Please Login to Remove!

Hi, I'm new to the forum so if there is a BES fourm let me know. I think the issue relies on my BES server.
I can add users in the blackberry administration console but cannot enterprise activate them on the devices. Their email account gets the email with attachment from the blackberry.net domain. All services are running.

I run a BES server with about 495 users. One of the problems I run in to is that the main email address is not forwarded to the address that the server uses. For example, @federal.com needs to be forwarded to @state.com b/c the state hosts the Microsoft Exchange Server. Once this message bounces back, then the activation should begin. If this does not work, you can create the email profile through your control panel and do it manually through bb desktop manager. Let me know if any of this helps or if you need more instructions.

thanks, my employee is getting the activation email from the BES server with the attachment but the BES server is not pulling the email back and continuing the activation process. It just times out after a while. One thing I have noticed is that both employees I am having trouble with have mailboxes with over 800MB of stuff. They are not over the limit on the exchange server but would the size that big cause problems?
thanks
