Default phone not displaying messages after deleting them all

Please Login to Remove!

So I was deleting all of my messages on my 8900 and I heard the tone indicating that I had received a message while the others were deleting.

Well I tried sending one to myself, and it wont display either. The icon on the home screen is indicating that I have two texts, but I have no way to access them.

Any idea how I can get my text messaging back?
