I'm not sure what's going on but I cannot validate my email address. I've done battery pulls, tried via PC and wap and can't do it. This started on Wed. and I can't get it. Added note, all my other email accounts work, BBM, apps and Browser work as well.

However, I do not recommend using the carrier supplied email address for 3 main reasons. (1) if it gets harvested, you can get more SPAM than you wish as it is totally unfiltered. (2) you cannot take it with you when and if you change carriers. Once you cancel the BIS account, it is gone. and (3) the only way to read eail to that account is on the BB itself. No BB data, no email in or out.

Default Cannot validate email address

try deleting it from your BIS account, and re-adding it. If it tells you it is unavailable, you will have to talk to RIM to get it released. In that case, call AT&T, and have them transfer you to RIM. They should be able to release the email address for you
