There is no 8250.
Theres a 8520.

Firstly, are you using Vista?
Secondly are you using Windows Mail AND/ OR Windows Calendar?

Desktop Manager will NOT allow sync with Windows Calendar. Its Outlook or Yahoo.
It will allow syncing with Windows Mail for CONTACTS.

yes I did mean 8520 - typing error.
It has synched my contacts and yes I am using Vista.
It is really annoying it won't synch the windows calendar as this was one of the reasons to get a blackberry was to have my calendar on it and on my PC.

Try syncing the Windows calendar to Google and then use Google sync to sync with the BB.

There are only a few PIMs that the Blackberry can connect with, Outlook being one as it is in more widespread use than any other. I doubt that you will see RIM support windows calendar since that goes way in Windows 7.
