I don't know if anyone else has had this problem but at some point during this past week I noticed that I was unable to respond to emails and was receiving the message that I didn't have the service book when I attempted certain things like opening a pdf. I went through the usual steps of resending the service books and re-registering via the HRT. The problem persisted. Eventually realized that my BIS google hosted accounts were arriving with the "Received Using" account "unknown". Non-google hosted accounts were working without problem. Turns out the only way to fix this was to delete the accounts and recreate them.
Anyone else experiencing this? Any ideas why this might have occurred?
