I received an email last night at 10:45 and since then my phone will not connect to the internet. I made sure all the connections were good and the signal says it is receiving but nothing is getting thru and I cannot log into any thing. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I have also taken the battery out to no avail.

I would call Sprint. You can also try having the service books sent. The method for Doing so depends on the server you use BES or BIS.
