I have received a Sprint Blackberry Tour and I have successfully managed to unlock and also remove the activation required from the display. It is now showing the name of my GSM service, however I am unable to subscribe to my local BES, the technical department told me that Sprint have not released the PIN and IMEI yet. Is this possible if so how can I get Sprint to release this handset. I am based in Nairobi, Kenya.

BlackBerry are tied to the carrier. You would have to call Sprint to have them release the PIN.
