| There is no way to create a "timetable" as I believe you are looking for. So, you will need to enter each class as an appointment with an alarm set to go off ten minutes in advance. Additionally, for each class you will need to set the recurrence (once per week, every day, etc.) You may need to enter each class multiple times depending on how convoluted the schedule is. Simple recurrence patterns would only need to be entered once per class, however.
For example, say you have a class that is every Tuesday and Thursday from 8 am to 12 pm, with the last class on October 29. You would need to enter the following:
Subject: Physics 101
Location: Murray Building Room 522
Start: Tuesday October 20, 2009 8:00 am
End: Tuesday October 20, 2009 12:00 pm
Reminder: 10 minutes
Recurrence: Weekly
Every: 1
Days: Tuesday, Thursday
End: October 29, 2009
This would set up that class to repeat every Tuesday and Thursday with a reminder 10 minutes prior to the class start, and this recurring appointment would stop on October 29. You would set up the remaining classes in a similar way. It will take a little bit of your time depending on the number of classes you have, but once done, you won't need to mess with it again.
Hope that helps.
