Default Addressbook only shows 2 numbers in contacts

Please Login to Remove!

I have a user who has updated his contacts in Outlook, but these changes never show up on his Blackberry Tour. For instance he had a contact with 3 phone number entries Business, mobile, and car. The Car number has never shown up on his Blackberry. he has removed the business number and that removes but he still never gets the car number on his Tour. I have removed the Service Book (Desktop[SYNC] & Desktop[CMIME]) and resent the service books from the BES, This has not resolved the issue and I have gone so far as to wipe and reactive his Blackberry on the BES. No Dice!

Just curious what happens if he updates the 'car' number on the BlackBerry. Does it sync that change back to Outlook?

CAR isnt a field on the BB contact, its probably not syncing because it doesnt know where to put it.

*smacks forehead*

That would do it. I didn't even think about that field not being available on the device.
