It might be a Verizon thing but whenever I want to listen to my vmail I enter my passcode then normally press pound (#). How do I actually press pound??

I try to hit ALT + Q which is also #, but it just reads it as Q. Thanks

it should just be hit Q and it will be a #
are you on a call at the time of needing to press #

FYI -- you don't need to hit Alt for numeric fields like the dialer screen. It knows you're dialing a number and that you might want to use * or #. Hitting Alt will have the opposite effect in these fields. If you need to enter something like 800-GO-FEDEX you'd use Alt to enter the letters.
