I have a BB Pear 8100 that has decided to not boot up anymore. It shows the hourglass on the display, then that goes away and the red light comes on, then all goes blank. I have downloaded JL_Cmder and tried to wipe the system, but it doesn't appear to do anything. I have also downloaded v4.5 so I can try to download the new OS and it doesn't connect with my device. I am using a piece of crap go-phone and I want my BB back. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Try using JL_Cmder with the battery out of the device.

Thanks! I tried it without the battery (and just for the sake of trial and error with the battery) but still have had no luck. I appreciate the help.
