I originally had this posted somewhere else, but no responses so i figured i would try here. Please let me know if this should be somewhere else but I couldn't find where.
I have been supporting Blackberry's for quite some time now for my company (Better part of 2 years) but I do not have any formal training with them. Becoming a certified technician is something I would really love to do, but looking at all the courses I could not find anything that makes sense for me.
Currently, I support Blackberry's for a company of about 3000 employees, with about 500 on our BES and another 100-200 on a BIS. My basic role for supporting Blackberrys consists of everything from setting up a new BES user, to troubleshooting why e-mail isnt coming in and why certain things are working as desired on their units. I have view access to our BES but no modify rights and would like to someday be a full BES Admin supporting our BES completely along with all the users.
Could anyone recommend any starting courses to work towards getting my BES Admin cert? I looked at some of the programs such as:
Supporting BlackBerry Devices in an Enterprise Environment – BCP-211 (PDF), BCP-221 (PDF)
But it seems extremely basic and anything after that seems to go straight in to the knowledge of BES features I do not have access to.
Can anyone recommend to me a advanced Blackberry support cert that would be good to get, or would it be best to start with the lowest cert just for the sake of having it?

Would that be my next step?
