I am totally new to this so I hope you will be able to help as Ive searched google and other forums but no joy.

I have a 8520 Curve that is about a month old and has now decided to start ringing through the earpiece rather than the speakerphone! As a result I can no longer hear any message or call alerts - all I get is a muffled noise.

I have tried changing the profiles to loud, quiet etc but keep getting the same fault.
I can also play music through the loudspeaker as normal so its definately working.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
