Default Blackberry 9000 Docto go

Hi,
I am using blackberry 9000 and using trial version of Doc to go (30 days).

All office formats open except xlsx. Any idea why this discrepancy?

I believe you need the Premium edition for that.

The basic version should open .xlxs.

Typically, not being able to open the file points to an error with the file itself. Check to be sure that it's properly formatted. And that it has the correct file extension.

I recall another user posting a similar issue and it turned out in transferring/saving the files, the file extension was left off.
