I have a user who has just received a new BB Bold, I know you can transfer the Inbox using the 'New Device Wizard' however he also wants to transfer all of the emails which have been filed into folders.

Is there any way this can be done??

Have you tried doing a full device backup and restore?

Does the wizard not handle that? I've never used it.

Honestly, I've never checked, I'm on a BES so all my folders are automatically synced based on what I select from the server, so I've never checked, but I would imagine that a full backup of your phone would have all the folders in there as well, so a restore to another phone should - in theory - bring them back.

I guess you can try and let us all know.
