i'm a new user of a blackberry storm.

i saw the email come into my work email, but it never showed up in the messaages on my phone, which is what i was expecting to happen.
i do have the app world deal loaded on my phone.

then just go into app world and download in there....
also, if your work email was open then the email was downloaded from the server to your email client before the BB got a chance to poll and push it.

Leave a copy on the server option needs to be enabled for your work email.
This may be available on your webmail OR it could be blocked as your IT policy may govern it...so get your IT guy to do it for u.

It is important that u get this sorted coz u willmiss other emails too on your storm, get frustrated and think that the phone is useless.
