just got a 7100t and i have quickly realized that i have very, very limited access to the internet. i was looking forward to the browser for three things: myspace, public transit maps/info in various metros, and checking flight loads of the airline i work for... it doesn't seem like any of those things are going to happen. so, although it's got the web browser, it looks like wap/wml sites are pretty much what i'm stuck with, but i'm totally lost with this. is there a way to only bring up mobile sites when using search engines... what exactly is avantgo? is it the only of it's kind, is there a better alternative? where can i learn about mobile internet browsing?

As long as you have the bb data plan you should have a full html browser. If you do go to options, advanced options, hosting route table, click trackwheel, and register now. pink

my browser options only have 'browser configuration' 'general properties' and 'cache properties' and there's no anvanced options under any of those tables...

Go to settings, options, host routing table (sp), then click your wheel and select register.

You should see an HTML browser appear on your home page...

Alternatively, if you are on BIS, you can log into your BIS account go to Profile and send the internet browsing service book.
