Exclamation Help With my Voice Mail Number

Please Login to Remove!

I bought my blackberry 8520 several months ago. It is on the Movistar network (Venezuela)

The previous owner obviously had her voicemail # programmed into the phone, so everytime I select "call voicemail" it dials that number. I cannot figure out how to change it so I can program MY voicemail number into the phone. I can only find documentation on how to change it if the phone is brand new

Any help would be great!

Just enter your own phone number and it will call your voicemail.

Go into the phone app, press the menu button, select options, select voice mail and enter your voicemail access number...

You have to press the green "phone" button as if you were about to make a call... then press the menu button, select options, select voice mail and you should be able to enter your voice mail access number...
