This is a bunch of nonsensical junk. But one bit in particular stands out above the rest:

First, and I'm speaking only for myself here, you will get no help from me, but you will get, free of charge, my opinion on your pathetic behavior. No thanks needed.
Second, I
would go out of my way to return something that was dropped at my feet considering that it wouldn't have been terribly difficult. Had it been terribly difficult, I would have made
some effort to return it or at least turn it over to someone who can take care of it. If you are too lazy to find the owner who is, undoubtedly, in the freaking bar, then you could have at least given the phone to the bartender with an explanation of what happened. It would have taken you all of ten seconds. The drawback to doing this, however, is that you don't get to keep the phone and come up with some award-winning excuses as to why it is okay for you to steal from others.
Third, if I understand your gibberish properly, one fine excuse you give for keeping the phone is that you don't have a job. Um... last time I checked, being unemployed is not a valid defense for theft. And if you are unemployed, I would suggest not going to bars as job interviews tend to not go well when the interviewee is drunk or hung over. You are going to job interviews, right?
Fourth, and further hoping that I am understanding your gibberish properly, you excuse your behavior because you have had phones of yours stolen. Eye for an eye kind of situation, huh? Also not a valid defense for theft.
My suggestion is to go somewhere else to get help. Coming here with what amounts to "hey, I just stole a phone and need help making it work" is despicable and hopefully won't be tolerated here.
