Blackberry map: no net_rim_bb_lbs_ribbon.cod

Default Blackberry map: no net_rim_bb_lbs_ribbon.cod

AT&T 8310 with 4.5 OS (from other vendor). There is no icon for Blackberry

There are 3 filenames with ribbon in it:

net_rim_bb_ribbon_app.cod
net_rim_bb_ribbon_lib.cod
net_rim_bb_ribbon_skin_svg.cod

The LBS.alx file contains Blackberry as the first entry. There is no _vendorID line it at all.

On the device, Status -> Advanced -> Application also show Maps is installed and these modules are there.

How could I get it shown up on the device?

BlackBerry Maps 4.5 is not available for use with At&t. They push a service book to your device that disables it.

doh. My BES disabled GoogleMap. Now I'm left with a GPS device but no map software. :(

I cannot post the link becuase I am new here, google Garmin mobile, it works great with my 8350i boostberry.
