So I am completely new to everything blackberry, and recently my scroll ball has been giving me some issues. The ball itself moves, but on the screen it stays in place. I have tried cleaning it, but that is not working. And I really need to use my phone, asap. Any ideas on how I could fix this?

You may have to remove and clean the trackball, if that doesn't work, you'll have to replace it.

It's easy to do, search the forums and you'll find threads about how to do it.

Search for your specific model, such as 8310 or whatever.
