OK, I have 2 users that have 2 Blackberry phones. I have set them up on the BES and went throguh the activation process. Everything went through fine except they are not seeing any emails before the "creation date" on the BES.
I will note that I've worked on 5 phones today doing the same thing, the other 3 are working just fine. We have 20+ users on the BES and no one else has had this problem in the past when they were all setup.
Here's what we've done so far...
We removed/re-added the user from the BES. Went throught the activation process again (without any issues again) and we are seeing the same results.
We did a complete phone wipe and went through the activation process, same results.
Any help on this would be appreciated...
