Hi Everyone,

It's simple. I've got a Curve 8900 with a completely dead battery and I need to replace it.

I've gone online and found two stores. BUT One requires a fedex account number because the company doesn't ship outside of the US without it.

The other one wanted $31 for shipping!

I just need to find somewhere to buy batteries that has reasonable shipping pricing and doesn't require you to have a shipping account with a company.

I'd buy directly from RIM but the battery is $80.

Also check out Horizon Wireless.

Take it back and ask you retail store to replace the battery since the 8900 has not been out thay long. Most likely they will give you a new one.

Yeah, it's not a retail location, but you'd think finding their products nearby would be pretty expected.
