Default HELP! My web browser & BB Messenger disappeared!

Please Login to Remove!

I have a Curve 8330 with Verizon.

I tried to download the new 5.0 BB messenger (BBM). After it downloaded the icon was missing. I could see the application in my application list. I decided to do a backup to get the old version back - BIG MISTAKE!

Now my web browser is gone and the BBM is still missing.

I read on one of the threads to go and reload the service books through the e-mail settings. My e-mail settings wizard is gone too!

Any suggestions?

Thank you,
Stephanie

Okay, so someone I know e-mailed me and helped me resend the service books and get back the web browser and the e-mail settings icon, but still no BBM.

Here's what he told me to do to get the service books back:

go to> options (aka) the little wrench> advanced options>then host routing table>then the menu key(aka) (the doted button, between green key and scroll wheel.)>then register now resends the service books.

Wirelessly posted (My name is Bubbles)

That, or log onto your carrier's bis site and resend them that way.
