hello all,

this is my first post, ive been trolling the site for years

ive had 4 differant bb models in the past 5 years so im not a total newbie, but im at a complete loss of what to do with my wifes curve

first off we just had the camera application error, so as per request of my carrier i need to upgrade her os

well right in the middle of the application loader, my laptop loses power, i restarted and now desktop manager cant find the bb

best of all i cant even turn the phone on, the red LED also keeps blinking twice

any idea of where i should start?

Wipe with Jl_cmdr and then reload the OS. Make sure the laptop is plugged in!

the app loader gives me an option to load the device software, but i cant find the os for download online, and if desktop manager wont recognize my bb the "check for updates" link doesnt work, the website just tells me to connect my bb and hit the link i just did

Go to the 8800 section. thee is a yellow sticky at the top with the latest OS for that device and instructions. Be patient, might take an hour or longer.
