Default Help Please!!

I am not sure what I did but all of a sudden on my BB 7280 I can not reply to any emails sent to me. I can forward or create new emails but when I select reply and go to send I do not even have the option of sending. Can anyone tell me what may be wrong?

Thanks

It is a corrupt service book. If you are using BWC, push down a new service book. If you are on a BES, re-cradle and re-generate a new encryption key.

Thanks for the help, too bad ny craddle is at home today! I will have to wait until tomorrow to get this fixed but at least I now know what caused it. It seems like ever since I moved my email to mailstreet.com I have been having quirky little problems with my BB. I think I am going back to the way I had it using BWS through AT&T. I was reading last night on here that version 4.0 will pretty much eliminate the need for BES if you are just trying to forward your emails to your device, what about the syncing though?

Thanks again for your help, this board rocks!

1. All you need to sync the device is any standard USB cable.

2. Your problem might actually be a problem with your profile that connects to the Mailstreet hosted Exchange Server -- call their customer support (or use their online real time chat application) -- they are VERY good, and will walk you through any issues you have.

3. I think Mark has posted an entire thread on the reasons why you might still want to use Mailstreet even with 4.0 coming out.

Hope this helps,
Ian

Default Ian - Is there a way to get a new encpt key w/o recradleing?

Hi - I am having a similar problem. The Blackberry is in Aspen for 2 weeks and the cradle/sync cord are in Dallas. Is there anyway to get a new encryption key without recradleing? Or a different solution? We are on BES and 7280 blackberry
