Default need help with music play on blackberry curve plz.

Please Login to Remove!

Hello, I have had my BB curve for about 2 weeks now and its been fine except for freezing up a little and now just today my music will not play. I was wondering if others are having this same experiences and if anyone has advice. Any advice or help will will be greatly appreciated, thank you.

Too many apps running maybe?

Pulling out the battery for a minute is a good idea, just to reset everything.

Also, make sure all of your applications are closed. Pressing the red end button does not close the program, it just brings you back to the home screen.

Press and hold ALT then the return button to see what apps are running. There will always be 5 running that cannot be closed (Call Log, Messages, Home Screen, Browser, BlackBerry Messenger). Use the ball to select the app and select Close from its menu.
