| Hi everyone, I am new here, thought of starting a new thread but don't know how yet. So for the time being, the topic here is the closest. Ok, i would say I am very please with my Blackberry Bold at the beginning. Everything works well till recently when I started downloading applications from Blackberry App World. And then the phone started becoming really really laggy. Its as good as the phone Hang. I contacted a lot of Blackberry agent and finally referred to an agent from RIM and he suggested I set the phone back to factory setting and see if the 'file free' memory dropped even without any third party applications. I did. And within hours, the memory dropped to half. According to that RIM agent, if the memory dropped by 1 MB within a short time without applications in the phone, it means the phone is having problem.
Something I realised now about Blackberry phone is, it is only good for pushmail and reading emails. Nothing else. If you want to install lots of applications, go for Iphone. The phone itself is of low quality. Not only for myself. Too many problem with the quality of the handset. A friend of mine bought the Bold for a day, and the trackball failed. Another friend bought the Bold too and for 1 day, the camera don't work. She have to sell it. Come on Blackberry, what's going on with your Quality control? Even China made phone is better and people are paying lots of money for your product.
I have done a comparison with Iphone and I think I made a mistake buying Blackberry. I do like the way Blackberry's phone works. Just that what so smart about a phone that allow people to download applications but cannot use it (the blackberry agent told me that Blackberry's phones are not meant for a lot of applications. People like it bcos of the faster pushmail and email features. I was like, what the F@*k is he talking about? If it does not support applications, why was this crap phone up in the market and selling as an high end product? Guys, do you get what I mean?)?
Anyway, my personal view of this Blackberry phone is, its a sucky phone. Before, I supported it, now I hated it. Blackberry, if this go on, I am sure you will lose a lot of customers. Thanks for reading, people. |
