Default Phone showing GSM not EDGE anymore??

Please Login to Remove!

Well my phone is showing GSM and not EDGE anymore. So obviously this means that my data service is not working.

Is this a T-Mobile network problem or phone specific?? I havent messed with my phone settings so I doubt its my phone, but I dont know.

Anyone in the Los Angeles areas phone not displaying EDGE?

i had a similiar problem on t-mobile UK the other day. turns out a longer battery pull fixed it.

my second battery pull was about 12 hours after the original.
I was about to call customer services, but figured, try a battery again and it did come back.

Might be a TMO issue on the West Coast. See the Network Outage section for more info. Looks like parts of So Cal to AZ.
