Default What is blackberry BES?

Hi,
Im new to this. only had the phone a couple of months. Im trying to get my yahoo calendar to automatically sync with my blackberry calendar, like email does (no wires). I have heard that you need blackberry BES to do it. What is BES and does it cost anything. I have the curve 8900. thanks

ps. If you don't need BES how do you do the wireless sync.

BES is BlackBerry Enterprise Server. It's meant for corporate uses but there are hosted solution for individuals.

Furthermore, the BES will not work with Yahoo.

If you're interested in wireless sync, I would suggest looking into Google Sync.
